Marion Miller Jewellery

Handmade Silver Jewellery with Semi Precious Gemstones, from Stronsay

Marion Miller lives on the small Orkney Island of Stronsay, off the north coast of Scotland. She was born in Sweden but has lived in Scotland for many years now. She trained in jewellery in the mid 90's at Sir John Cass Faculty of Arts in London.

Most of Marion's inspiration is drawn from the natural world. The ever-changing nature of sea and shore reflects in her jewellery as does the animal kingdom. Birds, hares, owls and fish frequently feature in the designs. Marion firmly believes that a piece of jewellery should be something unique and tell its own story, and it gives her immense pleasure creating special jewellery for special people.

All Marion's jewellery is personally made and designed in her own small home studio overlooking the North Sea and the Sound of Auskerry.

Most of Marion's work is in Silver, and she loves using semi-precious Gem stones. She also uses Vitreous enamel in her work.

All Jewellery over 7.78g is Hallmarked in Edinburgh, Scotland.
